1.34~40.20mM的KCl促进黄瓜下胚轴和下胚轴切段伸长、鲜重增加,4.02~40.20mM的KCl还促进黄瓜下胚轴不定根的形成。
Potassium chloride at 1. 34 -40.20mM prolno-ed elongation in hypocoty and Segments ofcucumber,fresh waight was added. Potasslum chloride at 4. 02~40.20mM also clearly enhanced advcntionsroot formtion in-hypocoty of cucumber.
