摘要
应用植物激素生物试剂法测定了２－碘苯甲氧基乙酸的植物生长调节活性．实验结果表明：２－碘苯甲氧基乙酸明显促进离体黄瓜子叶的生根．离体黄瓜子叶生根法对生长素类具有专一性，说明２－碘苯甲氧基乙酸是植物生长调节剂．
The regulative action of plant growth was determined by applying the hormone bioreagent method. The result showed 2-idio phenyl methoxy Acetic improved rooting of the isolated cucumber cotyledon This method of rooting is characteristic of the growthhormone category, so 2-iodo phenyl methoxy Acetic is a plant growth regulator.
