摘要
4.0 2 mmol/ L邻苯二甲酸氢钾 ,酒石酸钾、高锰酸钾、氯化钾、磷酸二氢钾和硝酸钾不仅促进黄瓜下胚轴生根 ,而且促进黄瓜下胚轴切段伸长。 1.34～ 40 .2 0mmol/ L 的氯化钾促进黄瓜早出苗 ,增加黄瓜下胚轴的长度。
Potassium hydrogen phthalate potassium tartrate,KMnO 4,KCl,KH 2PO 4 and KNO 3 at 4.02 mmol/L not only promoted rooting in cucumber hypocotyl but also elongation of cucumber hypocotyl.KCl at 1.34～40.20 mmol/L enhanced early sprouting of seed and raised elongation,fresh weight,diameter of hypocotyl.
