摘要
对西洋参果实有效成分和生理活性物质进行了分析鉴定,结果表明:果肉中富含生理活性物——西洋参皂甙,干果肉中含量高达25.101 g/100 g,是商品参根必需含量的4~5 倍;同时,含有丰富的氨基酸(鲜果中游离氨基酸高达1.4 212% ),特别有价值的是含7 种人体必需氨基酸.因此,西洋参果实是极为珍贵的资源,其综合利用价值不亚于参根.
This paper analyzes and identifies the effective ingredients and the physiologically active matter in American Ginseng fruit. Results show that the physiologically active matter——American Ginsenoside ——is affluent in dry pulp; its content reaches 25.101 g/100 g,which is 4~5 times that of dry American Ginseng root, and there are 7 necessary ammonia acids in fresh pulp. Therefore, American Ginseng fruit is also a kind of valuable resources, whose comprehensive value is no less than its root.
