摘要
改进了传统的发芽抑制物质的提取、分离与鉴定方法,以系统溶剂法初步提取各组分,通过TLC分离与纯化,用GC-MS联用仪进一步分离鉴定,最后以标准品核对并测定抑制物质的活性及半抑制浓度(IC50)。首次从西洋参果实中分离鉴定出水合三氯乙醛。己酸和辛酸3种发芽抑制物质,其半抑制浓度分别为577.6、128.4和87.7μl/L。
The tradihonal method of grrdrinahon inhibitor extraction, isolation and identificahon was improved in the present study. The inhibitors were preliminarily isolated by using a series of solvents, then separated and purified by ac, and then further isolated and identified with GerMS. Finally, the IC50 (concentrahon of 50% inhibihon) of the inhibitors were deterdrined by calibrahon with the standards. bee kinds of inhibitor were extracted, isolated and idenhfied for the first bine, from the fruit of American ginseng(Parf L. ). They are chloral hydrate (Fig. 2), hexanoic acid(Fig. 4)and octanoic acid (Fig. 3 ) and the IC50 are 577. 6 μl/L(Fig. 5 ), 128. 4 μl/L(Fig.6)and 87. 7 μl/L(Fig. 7),respechvely.
