摘要
本文采用体外细胞培养法、细胞集落形成法、MTT 比色法及3H- TdR掺入法探讨了西洋参多糖Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ对肝癌细胞的增殖抑制作用。其结果表明癌细胞的DNA 合成抑制率分别为52-9 % 、13-9% 、18-8 % ,细胞的存活率下降到47-9 % 、71-32 % 、68-3 % ,肿瘤干细胞的抑制率为64-4 % ,20-1 % ,23-3 % 。且可见大部分细胞脱壁死亡或胞质粗糙,内有大量颗粒状物堆积。提示,西洋参多糖具有较强的抗癌作用。
The inhibitory effects of Panax polysaccharide Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ(PPⅠ、PPⅡ、PPⅢ)on cell proliferation of hepatic carcinoma cell have been studied by cell culture、colony forming assay、MTT colorimetric assay、and 3H-TdR incorporation assay.The results show that the inhibitory rate of DNA synthesis of carcinoma cell is 52 9%、13 9%、18 8%individually,the survival rate descends to 47 9%、71 32%、68 3%,and the inhibitory rate of tumor stem cell is 64 4%、20 1%、23 3%.It is also inspected that most cells die of losing cell wall or cell plasma is rough in which there are many granular sediments.It is suggested that Panax polysaccharide has a good anti carcinoma effect on carcinoma cell.
