摘要
目的了解医学本科生参加大学英语考试的焦虑状况,为今后针对大学生考试应激进行心理咨询提供依据。方法应用考试焦虑量表(TAS)对284名在校学生进行调查。结果有50%以上学生感受到了因要参加考试而带来的相当程度的不适感,其中焦虑水平较高者已达23.2%。女生考试焦虑程度高于男生,差异有统计学意义(t=3.16,P<0.01)。不同的年级、专业、考试级别的差异并没有统计学意义(F=1.52,P>0.05)。结论参加大学英语考试的医学本科生考试焦虑处于较高水平,学校要有针对性的对大学生进行心理疏导,缓解他们的心理压力。
Objective To understand the status of English test anxiety in medical undergraduates so as to provide the evidence for psychological counseling on test stress.Methods A total of 284 undergraduates were surveyed by using test anxious scale（TAS）.Results More than 50% of students felt uncomfortable when they would take the test,and the incidence of high level of test anxiety was 23.2%.The anxious level of female students was higher than that of male students.There were no significant differences among the grades,specialties and test levels.Conclusions The English test anxiety is in t he high level in medical undergraduates,so the college authority should take psychological counseling pertinently to release their mental pressure.
