摘要
综合国内外研究人员对台阶试验有氧耐力评定现状和发展趋势的分析,指出台阶评定指数评价心血管功能的有效度存在问题,造成效度低的原因是台阶评定公式存在缺陷,提出制定和完善《国家学生体质健康标准》中评价心血管功能指标的思路。
A comprehensive domestic and foreign researchers to assess aerobic endurance step test for the status quo and development trend analysis,that the assessment index evaluation step test the validity cardiovascular problems,resulting in effective due to low level assessment formula is flawed,on the development and improvement of the ＂National student health Standard＂ in the evaluation of cardiovascular function indicators of thinking.
