摘要
国际上角膜内皮移植术已经替代穿透角膜移植术成为治疗角膜内皮病变的首选术式。此方法保留了完整的角膜基质层,只需更换病变的角膜内皮层和后弹力层,移植片没有缝线,因此减少了手术的损伤,视力能快速恢复。在中国,角膜内皮移植手术起步较晚,开展的医院还很少,主要原因在于角膜供体材料缺乏,医院支持力度不够使新技术的开展缺乏保障。希望今后通过国家立法从根本上解决供体来源匮乏的问题,通过管理制度创新保障新技术的开展,加强新技术的培训等,以促进角膜内皮移植术这项新技术在我国顺利开展,造福患者。
Endothelial keratoplasty is a new surgical treatment for endothelial disease. It is now taking the place of penetrating keratoplasty in developed countries. The surgical procedure is to replace decompensated endothelium layer with Descemet＇ s membrane, while preserving integrated corneal stroma. It makes visual recovery quicker and better because of its sutnreless and minor incision procedure. In China, the development of endothelial keratoplasty began later and progress slower than aboard. This surgery has not been widely applied among hospitals. It is mainly due to precious cornea donation and insufficient surgical devices from hospital funding, that it lacks administrative support for the new technique. We hope that the government could support the development of this new technique by legislation to promote cornea donation, innovative regulation to guard the application and establishment of training institutes.
