摘要
目的 研究旋转喷吹法精炼铝合金的最佳工艺参数组合. 方法 依据正交表进行实验, 用极差分析法对实验数据进行处理, 确定旋转喷吹法的最佳工艺参数组合. 结果 旋转喷吹法精炼铝合金的最佳工艺参数组合: 旋转速度600 r/m in, 流量0.4 m 3/h, 精炼时间6 m in, 静置时间5 m in. 结论 旋转喷吹法是精炼铝合金,
Aim\ To study the optimal technical parameter of refining with the rotating and puffing method for aluminium alloys. Methods\ According to orthogonal table experimentize theory; the experiment data were treated with difference analytical method to obtain the optimal technical parameters. Results\ The optimal technical parameters: the rotating rate is 600 r/min, flow rate is 0.4 m\+3/h, refine time is 6 min and static time is 5 min. Conclusion\ The rotating and puffing argon method is an effective way to decrease hydrogen content of aluminium alloys.
