摘要
依据正交表,用极差分析法对实验数据进行处理来确定旋转除气法的最佳工艺参数,测试得出最佳工艺参数组合:旋转速度600r/min,流量0.4m3/h,精炼时间6min,静置时间5min。
According to the experiment theory of orthogonal table, the experiment data were treated using difference analytical method to obtain the optimal technical parameter. The determined optimal technical parameter is the rotate rate of 600 r/min, flux of 0.4 m^3/h, refine time of 6 min and static time of 5 min.
