摘要
目的观察摩罗丹联合叶酸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将105例慢性萎缩性胃炎伴轻、中度异型增生患者随机分为2组,治疗组54例予口服摩罗丹及叶酸治疗,对照组51例给予单独口服叶酸治疗,2组均连续用药3个月,观察2组治疗前后的临床症状、内镜及病理形态学的变化。结果治疗组的临床症状缓解率、内镜下表现好转率和对轻、中度异型增生的总有效率分别为94.45%、88.89%和81.48%,对照组的临床症状缓解率、内镜下表现好转率和对轻、中度异型增生的总有效率分别为78.43%、72.55%和60.79%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论摩罗丹联合叶酸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴轻、中度异型增生疗效显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Moluodan combined with folic acid on chronic atrophic gastritis with atypical hyperplasia.Methods 105 cases who were diagnosed chronic atrophic gastritis with mild-to-moderate atypical hyperplasia by gastroscopy and pathology were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group（54 cases）,which was treated with Moluodan pills and oral folic acid tablets;control group（51 cases）,which was treated with only oral folic acid tablets.The clinical therapeutic effect,gastroscopic manifestation and pathological morphology was observed after three months from the beginning of the treatment.Results The remission rate of clinical symptoms in the treatment group（94.45%）was higher than that in the control group（78.43%）,two groups of comparisons are statistically difference（P﹤0.05）.The remission rate of gastroscopic manifestation in the treatment group（88.89%）was higher than that in the control group（72.55%）,two groups of comparisons are statistically significant difference（P﹤0.01）.The total effective rates of reversing mild-to-moderate atypical hyperplasia were respectively 81.48% in treatment group and 60.79% in control group.The comparisons between two groups were statistically significant difference（P﹤0.01）.Conclusion Moluodan pills combined with oral folic acid tablets could obviously relieve the clinical symptoms and endoscopic manifestation in chronic atrophic gastritis;furthermore,they could reverse effectively mild-to-moderate atypical hyperplasia of gastric mucosa;therefore,this is worthy of clinical application.
