摘要
目的:观察摩罗丹联合维生素B12治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴轻、中度异型增生的临床疗效。方法:将168例慢性萎缩性胃炎伴轻、中度异型增生患者随机分为2组,治疗组84例给予口服摩罗丹及维生素B12治疗,对照组84例给予单独口服维生素B12治疗。2组均连续用药3个月,观察2组治疗前后临床症状、内镜及病理形态学的变化情况。结果:病理学疗效,总有效率治疗组为86.90%,对照组为61.90%,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);症状疗效,总有效率治疗组为94.05%,对照组为77.38%,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床综合疗效,总有效率治疗组为91.67%,对照组为67.86%,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:摩罗丹联合维生素B12治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴轻、中度异型增生疗效显著。
Objective： To approach clinical effects of MoLuoDan and vitamin B12 in the treatment of chronic at- rophic gastritis complicated with mild and moderate dysplasia. Method： All 168 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with mild and moderate dysplasia were randomly assigned into treatment group and control group on average. Treat- ment group orally took MoLuoDan and vitamin B12 while control group only received vitamin B12. Both groups took medicine for three consecutive months, changes of clinical symptoms, endoscope and pathomorphology in both groups were observed before and after the treatment. Result： Total effective rate of treatment group was 86.90%, higher than 61.90% of control group in clinical effects of pathology with statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Total effective rate of treat- ment group was 94.05%, superior to 77.38% of control group in therapeutic effects of symptoms with statistical mean- ing （P〈0.05）. Total effective rate of treatment group was 91.67%, higher than 67.86% of control group in comprehen- sive effects with statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： MoLuoDon and vitamin B12 have remarkable effects in treat- ing chronic atrophic gastritis complicated with mild and moderate dysplasia.
