摘要
从分析互联网巨头奇虎360与腾讯的纠纷案例入手,比较了互联网企业与一般企业社会责任的差异,论证了多中心治理模式与互联网企业社会责任构建的内在吻合关系,解读了多中心治理的要素,阐述了一种新的、基于多中心治理理论的互联网企业社会责任建设合作治理的方法与对策,构建了包含政府、互联网企业、独立部门和社会大众、媒体、党组织等多个治理主体的协同治理新模式。
Taking the disputes between the two internet tycoons Jihu 360 and Tecent as an example,the thesis discusses the inner structure anastomosis between the polycentric governance mode and the construction of the social responsibility for internet enterprise.Based on polycentric governance theory,the thesis analyzes the elements of polycentric governance and expounds a kind of new method and countermeasure.Meanwhile,a new multi-dimensional and united management mode is created based on the polycentric governance theory,which combines the multiple-functions of several units including the government,internet enterprise themselves,independent departments,the public,media,party organization and other management center as well.
