摘要
多中心治理理论已成为有关政府改革的一个全球性话题。全球化推动社会政治过程的模式正从统治走向治理,多中心治理成为理解和解释当代政治和经济生活中诸多现象的重要工具,但其也有内在缺陷。构建和谐社会是我国的战略任务,治理理论与和谐社会的理念有一些共同之处,不过这一理论也只有在中国化的基础上,才能对适合中国国情的公共管理模式的形成起借鉴作用。
Polycentric governance theory has become a widely-discussed topic on the reform of government.Due to globalization the focus of social political process has changed from control to governance.So polycentric governance has become an important instrument to understand and interpret present political and social phenomenon.There are some com-mon points between governance theory and the idea of harmonious society,but governance theory should be localized be-fore it is applied to Chinese governance mode.
