摘要
基于企业的可持续发展战略,在介绍承担社会责任是我国民营企业可持续发展的战略选择的基础上,列举了现阶段我国民营企业社会责任缺失的种种表现,如逃避纳税义务、忽视环境污染、不参与慈善活动等等,并从企业自身、制度层面和观念层面剖析了民营企业社会责任缺失的深层次原因,最后从企业、政府和社会三方面重点阐述了可持续发展战略下民营企业社会责任的构建.
Private enterprise society responsibility deficit is one of the main fetters which influences its sustainable development.Based on the strategy of sustainable development of enterprise and the introduction to the notion that undertaking social responsibility is strategic choice of the sustainable development of private enterprise,this paper lists various performances of the private enterprise society responsibility deficit at present,such as evading tax obligation,ignoring the environmental pollution,no engaging in philanthropic activities and analyzes the deep reasons for private enterprise society responsibility deficit from the enterprise itself,institutional aspects and conceptual level.Finally,this article emphatically expounds the construction of private enterprise society responsibility based on the strategy of sustainable development from three aspects-enterprise,government and society.
