摘要
目的对内蒙古呼和浩特市蒙古族青少年牙模型进行测量分析,探讨该地区人群Bolton指数的范围及性别的差异。方法选择近10 a在内蒙古医学院附属医院口腔正畸科进行治疗的蒙古族人群各类安氏错畸形患者中非拔牙矫治的恒牙病例300例,治疗后的模型符合Andrews的正常六项标准,对模型进行测量,计算模型的Bolton指数,并进行性别间的比较。结果蒙古族女性前牙比为(78.36±3.11)%,全牙比为(91.77±3.20)%;蒙古族男性前牙比为(77.96±2.82)%,全牙比为(90.59±7.02)%。蒙古族男性前牙比和全牙比与女性比较有显著性差异。结论蒙古族青少年临床正畸治疗时,应将男、女分开计算,不可一概而论。
Objective It is to investigate the range of Bolton indexes and different of genders,based on the measurement and analysis of occlusion model of Mongolian that live in Hohhot.Methods Three hundred non-extraction patients with various types of malocclusion which once treated refer to Andrews＇ six keys of normal occlusion in orthodontics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hohhot,Inner Mongolia in the past ten years were selected.The models were measured with electric caliper to calculate the Bolton index of each type,and compare the different between the genders.Results Anterior ratio for Mongolian female was（78.36±3.11）%,and the overall ratio was（91.77 ± 3.20） %;anterior ratio for Mongolian male was（77.96±2.82）%,and the overall ratio was（90.59 ± 7.02） %.There were significant differences between anterior ratio and overall ratio compared with Mongolian male and female.Conclusion Mongolian receive orthodontic treatment that should be different between for male and for female.
