摘要
目的:建立云南省彝族人正常牙列指数的正常值范围,为正畸临床提供依据。方法:选择云南省彝族人正常牙颌模型186付,对牙冠宽度、牙弓大小进行计算机辅助测量,建立彝族人Bolton指数和Pont指数正常值范围、统计分析其结果并与国内外报道的相关结果进行对比分析,探讨Pont指数和Bolton指数种族差异和临床应用性。结果:云南省彝族人Pont指数存在一定种族、地区和性别差异,Bolton指数差异不显著。结论:Pont指数有一定的临床指导意义,Bolton指数具有较大的临床应用价值。
Objective：This study established the norms of dentition ratios on normal occlusion in Yunnan Yizu and provides the reference for diannoses in orthodontics. Method： size of teeth, the dental arch of the 186 normal dental plaster models were obtained,all data were measured,analyzed with statistic analysis method and compared with that of different regions and nationalities.Both Bolton＇s and Pont＇s ratios are whether valuable to clinical application or not. Result： Pont＇s ratios of Yizu is different in rase, area and sex. Conclusion： Both Bolton＇s and Pont＇s ratios are valuable to clinic application and former is batter.
