摘要
目的 探讨不同程度窒息新生儿脐带血血小板膜糖蛋白CD62p 、CD61及CD41 的改变及其临床意义。 方法 以三种荧光单克隆抗体CD62p 、CD61 及CD41标记脐带血血小板,用流式细胞仪检测。 结果 正常新生儿脐带血血小板CD62p、CD61及CD41的检测值分别为(3.16±2.10)% ,(2.47±1.48)% 及(2.31±1.7)% ;窒息新生儿随窒息程度的加重上述三种分子呈线性增高趋势,且中、重度窒息儿三种分子的检测值均显著性高于正常组(P< 0.05和P< 0.01)。 结论 窒息新生儿脐带血血小板CD62p 、CD61 及CD41 含量显著增加,且与窒息程度呈正相关。通过检测上述三种分子客观提示窒息程度。
Objective To investigate the changes and its clinical significance of platelet membrane glycoproteins CD 62P , CD 61 and CD 41 in umbilical cord blood of newborns with asphyxia. Methods The platelets were marked by three kinds of fluorescent monoantibodies CD 62p (Pselectin). CD 61 (GPⅢa) and CD 41 (GP Ⅱb), then determined by flow cytometry. Results The testing values of the CD 62p ,CD 61 and CD 41 in normal newborns were 3.16%±2.10%, 2.31%±1.71% and 2.47%±1.48% respectively. The values of the three parameters in asphyxia neonates were higher signifiantly than that in the normal newborn ( P<0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion The values of CD 62p ,CD 61 and CD 41 increased obviously . The different values of three parameters could indicate the degree of asphyxia.
