摘要
目的:探讨通脉止痛方与尼莫地平联合治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:将62例偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组(n=40)与对照组(n=22),对照组患者给予尼莫地平40 mg,每日3次,口服,4周为1个疗程。治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予通脉止痛方治疗,以方内各单味药颗粒剂混合开水冲服,每日一剂,分2次服,疗程15 d。比较两组患者临床治疗总有效率及治疗前后双侧大脑中动脉(MCA)的最大血流速度(Vs)。结果:治疗组总有效率为85%,对照组总有效率63.6%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组Vs均显著下降(P<0.01),治疗组更明显(P<0.01)。结论:通脉止痛方联合尼莫地平治疗偏头痛疗效显著。
Objective：Tp investigate the clinical efficacy of Tongmai Zhitong Fang and nimodipine in the treatment of migraine.Method：Sixty-two migraine patients were randomly divided into treatment group（n=40） and control group（n=22）,the control group were treated with nimodipine 40 mg,3 times a day,orally,4 weeks for a course of treatment.Based on the use of nimodipine in the control,patients in the treatment group were treated with Tongmai Zhitong Fang additionally（one dose divided in two times daily）.Before and after treatment,the total effective rate and the maximum blood flow velocity（Vs） of bilateral middle cerebral artery（MCA） in that two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate was 85% in the treatment group,total effective rate was 63.6% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.After treatment,in the two groups Vs were significantly decreased,compared with that before treatment the difference was significant（P0.01）,the effect in treatment group was more obvious（P0.01）.Conclusion：Tongmai Zhitong Fang combined with nimodipine has significant effect for the treatment of migraine.
