摘要 偏头痛是一种发作性头痛 ,普通人群发病率大于 10 % .多年来 ,控制和预防该病发作的药物疗效一直不令人满意 .近 10a来 ,基于偏头痛病理生理学研究进展 ,相继研发了多种治疗和预防偏头痛发作的新药 ,对此进行综述 . Migraine is an episodic headache affecting more than 10% of the general population, but drug therapy of migraine is still unsatisfactory for many patients in the past decades.Great progress on drug therapy of migraine has been made in recent decade.This article reviews recent advances of drug therapy of migraine.
