摘要
目的通过Meta分析的方法,对中西医结合治疗丛集性头痛的临床研究进行临床疗效性评价,为临床诊治提供参考。方法使用计算机检索重庆维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、PubMed等数据库中中西医结合治疗丛集性头痛的随机对照试验(RCT)或临床对照试验(CCT)的文献,检索时限为建库起至2020年12月。根据本研究设定的纳入及排除标准,对检索出的文献进行筛选、资料采集及质量评价后,采用RevMan5.3软件和Stata14.0软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入11篇RCT文献,Meta分析结果表明中西医结合组与单独药物组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义[RR=1.22,95%CI(1.15,1.29)]。结论中西医结合治疗丛集性头痛的临床疗效优于单独西药治疗。但受纳入试验研究的样本量及其质量的影响,仍需更多高质量的随机对照试验来证实中西医结合治疗丛集性头痛的临床疗效。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of cluster headache by using Meta analysis method,and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods To search Chongqing VIP Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database(VIP),Chinese biomedical literature database(CBM),China academic journal full-text database(CNKI),a database of ten thousand,such as PubMed database combination of Chinese and western literature of RCT and CCT for the treatment of cluster headaches,retrieval time for building up until December 2020.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria set in this study,the retrieved literatures were screened,data collected and quality evaluated,and Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan5.3 software and Stata14.0 software.Results A total of 11 RCTs were included,and the results of Meta analysis showed that there was statistically significant difference in clinical efficacy between the Chinese and Western combination group and the single drug group[RR=1.22,95%CI(1.15,1.29)].Conclusion The combination of Chinese and Western medicine is better than Western medicine alone in the treatment of cluster headache.However,due to the influence of the sample size and quality of the included studies,more high-quality randomized controlled trials are needed to confirm the clinical efficacy of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of cluster headache.
