摘要
为了研究天地人口服液防治记忆障碍的疗效及作用机理 ,应用天地人口服液治疗记忆障碍患者 6 0例 ,观察该方的疗效及对血中的 SOD活性和 L PO含量的影响。实验观察天地人口服液对正常小鼠记忆及自由基的影响 ,均以脑复康作为对照组。结果 :天地人口服液通过提高脑和血中 SOD活性、降低 LPO含量 ,来改善记忆。临床总有效率为 81 .4 %。结论 :临床和实验结果提示 。
To investingate the effect of TDROL in treating dysmnesia and study its effective mechanism.Methods:60 patieats were treated with TDROL as treated group.While 30 patieats with piraceatam as contract.NIH pure breed mice were divided into four groups.Group I was taken 15g/kg of TDROL.Group Ⅱ was taken 30g/kg of TDROL.Group Ⅲ was taken 25g/kg of peracetam.Group Ⅳ was taken 15g/kg of mornral saline only.Results:clinical study showed the effective rate was 81.4% in TDROL group.The levels of MQ.SOD and LPO before and after medication showed significant difference P <0.01.Experimental study showed TDROL group could improve the level of mice memory,raise activitives of SOD,decrease the content of LPO in plasma and brain.All indexes were better than the contract group.Conclusions:TDROL is valuable in treating dysmnesia.
