摘要
采用小鼠跳台法观察丝瓜皂甙对小鼠促智作用的影响。结果发现 ,丝瓜皂甙对利血平和乙醇引起的小鼠记忆获得及再现障碍有明显的改善作用 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;对增强正常小鼠学习及改善 Na NO2 引起的小鼠记忆巩固障碍也有一定作用。
Using mice platformjumping method, luffa saponin was observed that it could obviously alleviate the disorder of memory acquirement and repetition of mice induced by reserpine and ethanol (P<0.05). Futhermore, it could strongthen the learning and memory capacity of healthy mice and alleviate the memory consolidation disorder of mice induced by NaNO 2 to some extent but not obviously. Luffa saponin was indicated to have beneficial effects to intelligence.
