摘要
针对纯电动汽车,根据设计要求选定永磁同步电机和动力蓄电池参数,提出了一种适用于集中电机驱动纯电动汽车的电池包设计流程,包括安全性、功能性、布置方案、总体结构、载荷分配校核、热管理、固定结构、线束、空间校核和结构有限元分析等,并利用该设计流程成功完成了电池包开发。
Permanent synchronous motor and power batter parameters are chosen according to design requirement of electric vehicle,and a battery package design process for central motor drive electric vehicle is introduced,which includes safety,functionality,layout,structure,load distribution verification,thermal management,fixing structure,wiring,space verification and structure FEM analysis,and battery package is developed successfully with this design process.
