摘要 为延长储能系统电池使用寿命和降低电池使用成本,开发了基于LTC6803-4的电池信号采集单元。采用LTC6803-4解决了电池管理系统中电压信号采集电路复杂的问题,独立电源给芯片供电能够实现掉电情况下的电池状态监控,而可扩展的电路结构实现了温度信号的采集,并借助双重霍尔电流传感器实现了电流信号的精确采集,标准电池包的数据通过CAN总线传输到集中控制单元进行数据处理。从硬件结构和软件编程两方面做了详细讨论,性能测试表明,电池管理系统信号采集单元性能稳定,精度高,能够为电池均衡、荷电状态估算和集中监控提供精确数据,完全能够满足实际需要。 A signal acquisition technology of battery management system(BMS) based on LTC6803-4 is developed, with the objective of improving the lifetime, security and reliability of battery pack and reducing operation costs. The voltage signal of each cell is collected by the circuit, which based on battery stack monitor chip LTC6803-4. LTC6803-4 is powered by the isolated power to monitor battery state. The temperature signal is ac- quired by the expandable circuit. Meanwhile, the current signal is gathered by the double current sensors. In addition, the data of battery pack are transmitted to the central control unit through CAN. The hardware architecture and software programming are described in detail. The performance shows that the signal acquisition unit operates stably and the error is less. The signal acquisition technology can provide precise parameters for cell equalization, state of charge(SOC) estimation and centralized monitoring of the BMS, and meet the requirements of actual use.
