摘要
以某型号大功率发动机薄壁不锈钢零件为对象,对熔模铸造过程中三种浇注方式(顶注式、底注式与侧注式)的充型过程进行了模拟分析,研究了浇注方式对铸件微观组织和布氏硬度的影响。结果表明,浇注方式对铸件的微观组织有显著影响。组织中铁素体的分布及数量与铸件轴向各部分凝固顺序有关。底注式铸件的平均硬度高于其他两种浇注方式的铸件。
A thin-walled part of stainless steel used in high-powered engine vehicles was selected as the current studying object.The filling processes of three pouring ways(top,bottom and side gate system) in investment casting were simulated.The effects of pouring ways on the microstructure and the hardness of the castings were investigated.The results show that pouring ways have remarkable effect on the microstructure of castings.The distribution and the amount of ferrite phase in the microstructure are relative to the solidification sequence of each part of the castings along the axial direction.The average hardness value of the castings poured from bottom was higher than those of the castings poured from the top and side.
