一种复杂薄壁件的熔模铸造工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 某复杂薄壁件采用Ni3Al基高温合金熔模铸造而成。根据零件结构和铸造难点进行了多次试验。结果表明,通过采用填充蜡料、冷蜡块等蜡模质量控制方法,以及浇注系统和浇注工艺参数优化,同时型壳预热温度为(1 100±10)℃,浇注温度为(1 460±10)℃,解决了Ni3Al基高温合金薄壁件的浇不足、裂纹、缩松等缺陷,得到了品质合格的铸件。 A complex Ni3 Al based high temperature alloy thin-walled component was produced by investment casting.According to the structure and casting difficulties,the process adopted wax quality control method,such as filling wax,cold wax block.Meanwhile,gating system design and parameters were optimized.The sound investment casting Ni3 Al based high temperature alloy components with absence of misrun,crack and shrinkage porosities could be produced successfully with preheating at(1 100±10)℃and pouring at(1 460±10)℃,meeting the product requirement.
