Research and Practice of Light-cured 3D Printing System Based on DLP Technology

摘要 研究了基于数字光处理(DLP)技术的光固化3D打印系统的组成,进行了光固化3D打印设备机械系统、投影系统及主控系统的设计与制作,采用数字化建模及FDM三维打印技术完成了非标准零件的设计与成型。配制了用于该设备的光敏树脂进行3D打印成型测试及设备结构优化。结合快速熔模铸造进行了成型精度验证实践。 The light-cured 3D printing system technology was researched based on DLP (Digital?Light?Procession). The mechanical system, projection system and control system of 3D printer were designed and manufactured, and digitized modeling and three-dimeusional printing technology were both used for the design and forming of non-standard components. At the same time, the photosensitive resin matched with the 3D printer was prepared for forming testing and printer optimizing. Investment casting was also introduced for the verification practice of forming accuracy.
