摘要
龙固矿井作为山东省巨野矿区开发的第一对特大型矿井,存在煤层埋藏深、巨厚松散表土层、水文地质条件复杂、高地温、高地压、煤易自燃、村庄多等诸多建井难题。通过优化开拓布局、优选井口位置、创新井筒设计、攻关综放工艺,采用一井一面保证矿井设计能力,将龙固矿井建设成了国内外极具影响力、安全高效、绿色开采的数字化矿井。
As the first pair ultra larger coal mine,there were deep seam deposit,ultra thick and loose overburden,complicated hydrological conditions,high ground temperature,easy spontaneous combustion,many villages on the mining surface and many other national and world difficulties existed in Longgu Mine.From the optimized development layout,the optimized mine shaft location,the new mine shaft design,the research and development program of fully mechanized top coal caving mining technique and others,the paper had a design and innovation to construct Longgu Mine to be a digitalized garden mine with extreme influences at home and abroad,safety and high efficiency and green mining.
