摘要
矿区总体规划设计是一项复杂的系统工程,应科学统筹规划、合理利用资源,具有前瞻性和灵活性。文章对台格庙矿区总体规划的特殊意义、全新的指导思想和目标、规划主要特色成果进行分析,对探索大型煤炭基地的资源配置方式、集约化开发新模式、深井建设模式、和谐矿区模式等具有重大示范意义。
An overall planning design of the mining area would be a complicated system project and should be a scientific overall planning and a rational resource utilization with a forward - looking and flexibility. The paper analyzed the special siguificanees, bran - new guide idea and target of the overall planning for Taigemiao Mining Area and the main feature achievements of the planning. The overall planning would have important demo signifieanees to the resources allocation method, new intensive development mode, deep mine shaft construction mode, harmonious mining area mode and others for the large coal base.
