摘要
榆树沟煤矿井田面积较小,主采14号煤层为特厚煤层,平均厚度24.31m,最大厚度达52m,若井口位置选择在储量中心附近,压煤量太大。本次设计井口位置选择突破了以往位于井田储量中心的常规思维模式,将井口选择在井田南部14号煤层露头以外,不压煤,具有创新性和先进性。设计采用立井开拓,井筒与大巷采用石门联络,该方案具有井筒施工安全可靠,井口位置及水平标高兼顾了井田东西两翼的开采,开拓布局合理,矿井供电及道路与外部连接方便,工业场地靠近塞北管理区,生活便利等优点。
The area of Yushugou Coal Mine Field is small,and the main mining seam No. 14 coal seam is thick coal seam,with the average thickness of 24. 31 m,maximum thickness of 52 m. If the shaft mouth is near the center of coal reserves,the coal pillar will be too large. This design breaks the conventional thought of shaft mouth location selection,and locates the shaft mouth beyond the No. 14 coal seam outcrop in the south,with no resources underneath,which is innovative and advanced. Vertical shaft development is applied,using cross- cut to connect the shaft and main roadway,the shaft construction is safe and reliable,shaft mouth location and level elevation gives consideration to coal mining in both East and West wing,the development layout is reasonable,mine power supply and road and external connection is convenient,and the industrial site is near Saibei Management District,offering life convenience.
