摘要
实践教学在人力资源管理专业人才培养过程中具有不可替代的作用。明确人力资源管理专业实践教学的内涵,了解并分析其现状及其存在的问题,是加强人力资源管理专业实践教学的基础和前提;构建人力资源管理专业实践教学体系,强化人力资源管理专业实践教学平台建设,采取多种措施提升教师的实践能力,是增强人力资源管理专业实践教学效果的关键,也是制约人力资源管理专业实践教学的三大瓶颈。
Practice teaching plays an irreplaceable role in the cultivation of human resources management major talents.Realizing its connotation and understanding the existing problems at present are the foundation.Constructing practice teaching system,strengthening platform construction,and improving the teachers' ability are the key to guarantee the effect,which are also the major obstacles in practice teaching of human resources management major.
