摘要
教育均衡发展是实现教育公平的基石。受经济发展水平等因素制约,湖南义务教育资源城乡差别大,集中体现在师资方面。为实现义务教育均衡发展目标,湖南省采取一系列措施加大农村义务教育师资培训。实践表明,"顶岗实习,置换培训"是促进农村教师发展的有效形式,对湖南义务教育均衡发展具有重大现实意义。
The balanced development of education is the cornerstone of fulfillment of education equity.All kinds of factors,like the divergence of economic development,result in great differences in Hunan compulsory education sources between the rural areas and the cities.And this is mainly characterized by teachers.In order to achieve the balanced development of compulsory education,Hunan has taken a series of measures to train rural teachers.Practice shows that ＂Students＇ Full-time Teaching Practice and the Substituted Teachers＇ In-service Training＂ is an effective way to promote the development of rural teachers,which is vitally meaningful to Hunan compulsory education.
