摘要
以枝棉3号(耐盐对照品种)、鲁棉6号(敏盐对照品种)、邯98-1、邯4849和滨棉6号5个棉花品种为试材,采用盐池原土鉴定法,在0.1%(CK)、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%、0.6%、0.7%盐分浓度胁迫下,调查出苗率、株高、叶片数、叶面积、生长速率和叶绿素相对含量等指标,分析不同盐度胁迫处理下各指标相对值的变化情况,以确定棉花苗期耐盐性的鉴定方法和鉴定指标。结果表明:棉花苗期耐盐鉴定的最佳形态指标为相对出苗率、相对株高和相对叶片数;适宜鉴定的最佳盐分浓度为0.4%。该结果为棉花苗期耐盐鉴定提供了理论依据和技术支持。
The effect of salt stress on the growth of seedlings of 5 cotton varieties were studied in salt pond filled with different concentrations of saline alkali soil,and six indexes such as the emergence rate,the plant height,the leaf number,the leaf area,the growth rate,and the chlorophyll content were measured and analyzed.The results showed that the relative emergence rate,the relative plant height and the relative leaf number were the best morphology indexes for the identification of salt tolerance.The optimal concentration of salt for the identification was 0.4%.The results provided the theoretical basis and technical support for the identification of salt tolerance of cotton seedlings.
