摘要
以14个棉花品种(其中中棉44为耐盐对照)为试材,利用毛巾卷发芽法,在室内(室温20~30℃)条件下,分别用盐度0、0.30%、0.45%和0.60%的氯化钠溶液进行了胁迫培养,3 d后测定不同棉花品种的发芽率和芽长指标;并根据发芽率相对盐害率差异显著性分析结果,确定了棉花萌发期适宜的盐胁迫浓度,并在该浓度下分析比较了不同棉花品种在萌发期的耐盐性。结果表明:鉴定棉花萌发期耐盐性的适宜盐分浓度为0.6%。在该浓度水平下,08-73、衡棉1698、衡棉6号和衡优12耐盐性最强;无536、HD004、衡棉4号、HD006、08-489和冀棉958的耐盐性与CK相当,属于耐盐品种;08-936耐盐性较差;衡棉3号和衡棉187属不耐盐品种。毛巾卷盐胁迫法可以作为快速评价棉花萌发期耐盐性的简便方法之一。
By the towel roll salt stress method,the germination rate and seedling length of 14 cotton varieties were determined under the stress of 0,0.3%,0.45% and 0.6% NaCl.The salt tolerance of cotton varieties was evaluated by calculating the salt injury rate of germination rate.The results showed that the suitable NaCl concentration was 0.6% to evaluate the salt tolerance of cotton varieties.Under 0.6% NaCl stress,the salt tolerance of 08-73,Hengmian 1698,Hengmian No.6 and Hengyou 12 was the best,Wu 536,HD004,Hengmian No.4,HD006,08-489,Jimian 958 and Zhongmian 44 were tolerant to salt,the salt tolerance of 08-936 was worse,and Hengmian No.3 and Hengmian 187 were not tolerant to salt.The towel roll salt stress method could be used as an easy way of evaluating the salt tolerance of cotton during germination period.
