一羰基二氢三(三苯基膦)合钌催化二茂铁乙烯与取代苯乙酮反应的研究 被引量:5

摘要 钌络合物RuH2(CO)(PPh3)3 能够催化芳香酮邻位碳氢键与烯烃的加成反应。在RuH2(CO)(PPh3)3 的催化下, 研究了二茂铁乙烯与取代苯乙酮的反应。二茂铁乙烯分别与苯乙酮、对甲氧基苯乙酮和对氯苯乙酮发生加成反应, 得到了β(2乙酰苯基)乙基二茂铁( Ⅰ) 、β(2乙酰基5甲氧基苯基) 乙基二茂铁(Ⅱ) 和β(2乙酰5氯苯基)乙基二茂铁( Ⅲ) ; 而二茂铁乙烯与对硝基苯乙酮、间硝基苯乙酮、对氨基苯乙酮和间氨基苯乙酮不反应。化合物Ⅰ~Ⅲ为新的二茂铁衍生物, 它们的结构经元素分析、核磁共振氢谱和质谱得到表征。 The catalytic addition reaction of aromatic C H bonds of substituted acetophenones to vinylferrocene with the aid of RuH 2(CO)(PPh 3) 3 was studied. In the presence of the complexes, vinylferrocene was reacted with PhCOCH 3, and p MeOC 6H 4COCH 3, p ClC 6H 4COCH 3 to form a new C C bond between the carbon atom at the ortho C H bond of the carbonyl group and the terminal carbon atom of vinylferrocene to give 1∶1 coupling products Ⅰ Ⅲ, while p O 2NC 6H 4COCH 3, m O 2NC 6H 4COCH 3,p NH 2C 6H 4COCH 3 and m NH 2C 6H 4COCH 3 did not carry out the reaction with vinylferrocene. The structures of the three compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis, 1H NMR and MS spectra.
