一种高聚物梯度复合材料的制备及性能表征 被引量:2

摘要 文中讨论了在非自然环境中制备PMMA/α 羟基乙基二茂铁梯度复合材料的方法。过氧化二苯甲酰为引发剂 ,α 羟基乙基二茂铁为添加物可明显地降低聚合温度和缩短聚合时间 ,实现MMA在室温下聚合。相对分子质量的测试表明 ,样品沿着外场方向呈现相对分子质量梯度分布 ;样品的机械性能测试表明 ,在非自然环境中制备的梯度高聚物样品的力学性能有所下降 ;折射率测量表明 。 The method of preparing gradient polymer composite(PMMA/ α hydroxylethyl ferrocene) was discussed in non natural environment. When BPO was selected as an initiator and α hydroxyl ethyl ferrocene as an additive, the time and temperature of polymerization obviously declined, and the polymerization of MMA could be realized in the room temperature. The results show that the relative molecular weight of the polymer along the outfield direction presents a gradient distribution. In addition, comparing with the sample prepared under natural environment, the mechanics quality of the sample under non natural environment declines. The refractive index along the radius of the cylinder sample presents a gradient distribution.
