摘要
我国医学模式转变中面临着许多挑战:医疗资源不足与人口众多的矛盾仍然很突出、发展缓慢的中医学与快速膨胀的西医体系矛盾尖锐、经济社会快速发展与道德建设明显滞后的矛盾的解决方式还在探索。加快现代医学模式转变的对策需要从以下几个方面做起:加强执政理念与新医学模式理念的有机结合、加强医务人员人文素质和科学素养的培育、不断探索相关职业资源有效整合的途径。
Since bio- psycho- social medical mode was introduced to China, health and medical ideas have changed a lot and we have made huge progress in promoting medical mode change. However, there are also serious challenges in the transformation of medical mode. In this context three conflicts are analyzed and countermeasures of accelerating new changes are obtained.
