摘要
目的探讨影响经颅多普勒检测的相关因素及应采取的相应对策。方法对本科室就诊的46例需进行TCD检测的患者,根据不同患者的病情及特点,排除不良影响因素,进行优质服务,采取正确、熟练的检测方法,出具高质量的检测报告。结果 46例患者均检测过程顺利,获得了相对准确的检测结果及客观的疾病信息。结论做好经颅多普勒检测要求检测人员要增强服务的主动性,提高医德修养和加强专业知识的学习。
Objective： To investigate the influencing factors and countermeasures in transcranial Doppler （ TCD ）. Methods： Forty - six patients were included according to individual condition, eliminating bad influence factors, providing with good service, applying accurate and skilled testing methods and issuing a high quality report. Results：AU the patients were processed smoothly and got relatively accurate test results with objective information. Conclusion： A good TCD detection needs medical staff to enhance service initiative, improve medical ethics and strengthen professional study.
