摘要
人文精神培育的本质是育人,是提高人的素质。人文精神培育的使命是陶冶人性,铸造健康饱满的人格,也就是教会学生学会做人。教育是一种人文精神。教育的过程是人文精神培育的过程。教育的使命就是培育人文素质,培育合理的人文精神[1]。融人文精神于医学教育之中是培育医学生的人文精神、提高他们的人文素质,从而使他们成长为复合型人才的重要途径。
The essence that humane spirit fosters is to educate people, and the quality of improving people. The mission that humane spirit fosters is to mould the human nature , cast the personality with energetic health, that is to say that teaches students how to learn to conduct oneself. Education is a kind of humane spirit. The come of education is the course that the humane spirit fosters. The mission of education is to foster humane quality, foster the rational humane spirit. It is to foster humane spirit that medical student, humane quality improving them to integrate humane spirit with the medical education, thus make them grow into the inter- disciplinary talent's important way.
