供锌水平对甘草生长和药用成分含量的影响 被引量:9

摘要 为找出适合甘草的供锌浓度,用溶液培养的方法以不同供锌水平的营养液培养甘草幼苗,90 d后测定其产量、药用成分含量、蛋白质和氨基酸含量、可溶性总糖和淀粉含量、硝酸还原酶活性、POD、SOD活性等指标,同时对甘草产量与各代谢指标的相关性进行了分析。结果表明,供给0.1μmol/L锌甘草产量、甘草酸、蛋白质、淀粉等含量均最高,硝酸还原酶活性、POD、SOD活性也最大。相关性分析知甘草地下部分产量与地上部分多糖含量、硝酸还原酶活性、可溶性糖含量、淀粉含量、POD和SOD活性、丙二醛含量等指标具有显著的相关性。在水培环境下供给0.1μmol/L的锌最适合甘草生长及药用成分的积累。 Solution-culture experiment was carried out to find out the proper application concerntration of zinc fertilizer.At the seedling stage,Licorice was treated with different Zn solution-culture concerntration.After 90 days,important indexes such as the yield,the contents of medicinal components,protein,anrino acids,total soluble sugar,and starches,the activities of nitrate reductase(NR),POD and SOD isoenzyme were determined.At the same time,the correlation of the yield and metabolic indexes was analysed.The result showed that under the concerntration of Zn at 0.1 μmol/L,the aboveground yield and every physiological index,the protein contents,and the contents of medicinal components of per plant as well as the activities of nitrate reductase(NR),POD and SOD isoenzyme of belowground were the highest.The correlation analysis was showed that there were certain correlation between the yield and some metabolic indexes.The concerntration of Zn at 0.1 μmol/L is the most suitable for Licorice growth and the accumulation of medicinal components.
