摘要
[目的]研究NaCl胁迫对拟南芥种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响。[方法]以拟南芥为材料,研究NaCl浓度分别在0、50、100、150、200mmol/L时对拟南芥种子萌发特性与幼苗生长的影响,并对其理化特性进行测定。[结果]随着NaCl浓度的增加,拟南芥种子的发芽势与发芽率均随之降低;幼苗鲜重随NaCl浓度的增加而下降,平均根长在低盐度下与对照组相比较长,但在高盐浓度下随着盐浓度的升高而减小;在NaCl胁迫下,拟南芥幼苗中脯氨酸和丙二醛含量均比对照组高。[结论]NaCl胁迫对拟南芥种子萌发具有一定抑制作用;NaCl胁迫会使拟南芥膜脂过氧化,从而使幼苗受到一定程度的损伤。
[Objective] The paper was to study the effects of NaCl stress on seed germination and seedling growth of Arabidopsis thaliana.[Method] Using Arabidopsis thaliana as material,the effects of NaCl in the concentration of 0,50,100,150,200 mmol/L on seed germination and seedling growth were studied,and its physical-chemical properties were measured.[Result] With the increase of NaCl concentration,the germination vigor and germination rate of A.thaliana seeds decreased,and the seedlings fresh weight decreased either.The average root length at low salt concentration was longer than that of control group,but it decreased with the increase of salt concentration under high salt concentration.The proline content and MDA content of A.thaliana were higher compared with control group under NaCl stress.[Conclusion] NaCl stress had a certain inhibitory effect on seed germination of A.thaliana and NaCl stress could cause membrane lipid peroxidation to damage seedlings.
