摘要
立足于数字化、网络化的信息环境,构建以用户信息需求为导向、以信息技术为依托、以信息资源深层开发为基础的个性化数字信息服务钻石模型,为信息服务机构的数字信息服务提供有益的参考模式。
Based on the digitized and networked information environment,this article constructs a diamond model of personalized digital information service,which takes the user information demand as the guidance,the information technology as the support,and the in-depth exploitation of information resources as the basis.The article hopes to provide a useful reference model for digital information service of information service organizations.
