简述了个性化信息服务产生的背景、概念及内涵,研究了个性化信息服务方式:信息推送服务,信息呼叫中心服务,垂直信息服务,网络智能知识服务,信息智能代理服务,数据挖掘服务;具体提出了开展个性化信息服务的6条途径与措施。
This article briefly discusses the connotation, the principle and the background of how the individuation information service generated. It studies the method of individuation information service： Information Push Service, Information Calling Center Service, Vertical Information Service, Network Intellectual Knowledge hfformation Service, Information Intelligent Agent Service, Data Mining Service. It concretely puts forward 6 measures and approaches of developing individuation information service.
