摘要
论述网络环境下高校图书馆个性化信息服务在信息资源、网络技术、服务与管理、信息用户、用户隐私安全等方面存在问题,解决这些问题,必须树立现代图书馆管理理念和服务理念,开发个性化服务需要的信息应用技术,选择个性化定制服务模式,积极引导用户需求,保护用户隐私安全。
The personalized information service of the library based on network is a service model that offers diverse information to meet customers＇ requirements in different ways. There exist some problems in information resources, network technology, service and management, privacy of customers, etc. The resolution lies in the new management and service ideas to explore personalized information service.
