摘要 磷化处理常用于提高钢铁件的耐蚀性。为提高磷化膜的装饰效果,开发出一种常温铁系彩色磷化工艺。探讨了磷化液中各组分及操作条件对彩色磷化膜质量的影响,并对所得的磷化膜的性能进行了测试。结果表明:该工艺所得磷化膜色泽均匀、鲜艳、具有较强的装饰效果。磷化液使用寿命长,成本低,污染小,适用于钢铁件的装饰和涂装的底层处理。 Phosphating process has usually been adopted to improve the corrosion resistance of iron and steel. The purpose of the study was to improve the decorative effect of phosphating film. A multicolor phosphating process at room temperature for iron group was developed. Influence of solution components and operating conditions on the phosphating films was studied, and properties of the obtained phosphating films were tested. The results show that the phosphating process has strengths such as well-distributed, bright-colored phosphating film, long service life, low cost and low pollution, which make it suitable for decoration of iron and steel and pretreatment before painting.
