摘要
通过磷化机理的探究,对传统磷化工艺加以改进,给出了一种新型磷化工艺.实验证明,新工艺不仅克服了传统磷化工艺的缺陷(高温、碱性、磷化速度慢、磷化性能差),而且得到了彩色磷化的结果,拓展了钢铁磷化工艺的新用途.
Through the research on phosphorus mechanism and by improving the traditional phosphorus craft, a new phosphorus process is developed. The experiment proves that the new craft not only overcomes the traditional shortcomings (the heat, alkaline, slow speed and unsatisfactory function of phosphorus process) of the craft, but also gets the colored phosphorus result, opening up a new application in the steel and iron phosphorus craft.
