摘要
以磷酸二氢锌为主盐的锌系磷化,加入复合促进剂及添加剂,降低了磷化温度,缩短了磷化时间,得到了结晶致密,附着力较好及膜薄而硬的高耐蚀性磷化膜。
Zinc hydrogen phosphates is used as main salt,and high effective phosphating solution containingz cinc at low - temperature was given. Applicating this low -temperature phosphate liquid,the results show that the surface could get compact phosphatize,corrosion reistance of the phosphating coat obtained is increased 7 times.
