摘要
目的建立鸡骨草胶囊中相思子碱的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法测定鸡骨草胶囊中相思子碱的含量。色谱柱为Phenomenex-ODS（250 mm×4.0 mm,5μm）柱;流动相为甲醇-0.5%（体积分数）冰乙酸溶液,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长为270 nm;温度为室温。结果相思子碱质进样量在0.510μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系（r=0.999 8）,平均加样回收率为101.89%（n=6）。结论该方法操作简便、快速,有良好的精密度和准确性,可为鸡骨草胶囊质量控制提供参考。
Objective To establish the determination method of abrine in Jigucao capsule.Methods HPLC was performed to determine abrine on Phenomenex-ODS column（250 mm×4.0 mm,5 μm）,with gradient elution consisted of methanol-0.5% glacial acetic acid.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The UV detection wavelength was at 270 nm,and the column temperature was at room temperature.Results The content of abrine showed a good linearity in the range of 0.5-10 μg（r=0.999 8）,and the average recovery（n=6） was 101.89%.Conclusion This method is simple,sensitive and precise for quality control of the abrine in Jigucao capsule.
